Will the squad expand also this year? That is the question when the compass Talent Support Programme now is opening up for applications in 2025.
compass is thrilled to announce again the Application process for its Talent Support Programme for 2025, offering a unique opportunity for talented table tennis players aged 7 to 13. This initiative aims to nurture the next generation of talents by providing a comprehensive support system designed to propel them towards their full potential.
The Talent Support Programme of compass seeks young talented players who demonstrate not only skills in table tennis but also a strong passion for the sport. Applicants (and their parents / coaches) are expected to understand the core values and requirements of the compass philosophy.
To be a part of the programme means support from compass by offering access to guidance and advisory of compass expert coaches, and potentially scholarship for enhancing training or other activities related to the talent´s development in their home environment as well as financial resources for international training camps.
